Innothera implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 in 2016 to establish an ERP Financial backbone across its operations. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployment was positioned to support procurement, inventory, manufacturing and financial processes for Innothera, a France based life sciences company with three manufacturing sites and operations in three countries selling to more than 100 countries.
The implementation included technical and functional configuration of SAP modules MM, WM, PP and QM, with consultants providing support and business process improvement on QM, WM and MM. Project work streams documented requirements, produced traceability matrices and conducted workshops and presentations to validate design with business stakeholders, and business mapping and blueprint activities were used to plan integration of acquisitions into SAP.
Integrations were explicitly built to interface SAP ERP ECC 6.0 with manufacturing execution systems and laboratory information management systems, and the program accounted for systems that utilize controls and procedures from Ennov. Operational coverage emphasized manufacturing floor operations, warehouse management, quality control and procurement workflows while aligning ERP Financial processes with production and quality data flows.
Delivery and governance included support for unit testing, integration testing and UAT testing, and requirements for life sciences compliance and computer systems validation were incorporated into testing and documentation. The program emphasized traceability and controlled process documentation, using workshops and structured test campaigns to validate configuration and integration prior to go live.

The program supported all aspects of testing, including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing, to validate process flows and data integrity.
Integrations explicitly included interfaces to manufacturing execution systems MES and laboratory information management systems LIMS to synchronize batch and quality data between shop floor and enterprise systems. Governance incorporated life sciences compliance and computer systems validation practices, controls and procedures such as Ennov, and produced integration blueprints to bring acquired entities into the SAP environment.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BFC) | Financial Consolidation and Close | EPM | n/a | 2009 | 2009 |
In 2009, Innothera implemented SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BFC) for Financial Consolidation and Close. The deployment targeted group level consolidation within the finance organization and explicitly covered transactional and managerial scopes tied to SD, FI, and COPA data flows.
The technical implementation used BFC 10.0 with SAP BW 7.3 as the primary data integration and staging layer, leveraging BW queries and composite providers to prepare feeds into the consolidation engine. Configuration work focused on standard Financial Consolidation and Close functional patterns including consolidation rule sets, intercompany elimination, currency translation and statutory reporting workflow orchestration. Data extraction and transformation leveraged ABAP and APD processes as part of the BW integration topology.
The BFC deployment was positioned inside a broader SAP EPM and analytics landscape, with explicit references to SAP EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC 10.0 NW and later BW4HANA components in the program context. KPC Consulting provided senior BI consulting support in January 2020, contributing scoping documentation, data warehouse and interface buildouts for BW and BFC, and training and deployment activities for SAC and BW4HANA across the group. Operational coverage consolidated inputs from corporate finance, controlling and sales into the central consolidation layer.
Governance and rollout artifacts included documented scoping deliverables, training for finance and BI teams, and ongoing audit and corrective maintenance practices for the consolidation environment. The implementation narrative links Innothera, SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BFC), Financial Consolidation and Close and the finance function through defined technical integration points and operational ownership.
