Wiise Software Legacy Wiise ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Interchange WA implemented Wiise ERP to centralize accounting and funding workflows for its nonprofit operations. The deployment targeted core finance activities supporting NDIS-funded services and participant budget management, aligning the Wiise ERP instance with organizational reporting needs in an ERP Financial context. The implementation configured core modules including general ledger, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and revenue reporting to support fortnightly invoicing and NDIA claiming workflows. Functional capabilities were tuned for NDIS claim processing and shared management calculations, enabling processing of 300 or more NDIS claims per cycle and reconciliation of SIL transactions into the ledger. Wiise ERP was integrated with the organizations participant and service data flows via Salesforce Lumary and the Microsoft Dynamic instance referenced in operational notes, enabling end to end claim submission, investigation of claim rejections, and NDIA remittance reconciliation back to the general ledger. Operational coverage centers on the finance function in Perth, Western Australia, supporting more than 400 participants across multiple funding streams and accounts receivable follow up for NDIA payments. Governance and process changes included standardized fortnightly invoicing, daily bank reconciliations within a regulated funding environment, monthly revenue checks comparing forecasted revenue to actuals, and formal workflows for resolving payment discrepancies and coding inconsistencies. The Wiise ERP configuration emphasizes funding accuracy, auditability, and compliance controls for participant budgets and NDIA remittance reconciliation.
