Configuration and application-layer work included Oracle Reports and Forms, BI Publisher templates, OA Framework extensions and Web ADI enabled data loads and user interactions.
Technical architecture and data integration work used SQL and PL SQL for database logic, OBIEE and OBIA for reporting and analytics, and ETL pipelines with Informatica feeding a Datawarehouse. The technology footprint also referenced OBIEE reporting artifacts, BI Publisher outputs, Informatica ETL processes and SQL Sever as a target or source system in the data landscape.
Operational coverage spanned finance, procurement, inventory and project accounting functions with HRMS supporting human capital workflows. Operational coverage focused on leasing operations, credit review, accounting and portfolio administration teams, with role based access controls and operational handoffs between underwriting and servicing. The configuration emphasized application level processing and consolidated servicing workflows to standardize day to day lease administration.
Governance work included redefinition of approval workflows, audit trails for contract changes and configuration of role based entitlements to align servicing and finance responsibilities. The deployment used SFP Retail (ex Cassiopae) controls to standardize lease lifecycle processes and enforce compliance controls across the affected business functions.
