Governance and delivery practices emphasized Foundation Data Model leadership, Workday Delivery Assurance reviews in financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting, and structured testing and refinement cycles. The program included mentoring and shadowing of associate consultants, ongoing monitoring and adjustment of project budgets to ensure profitability, and role out of accounting procedures and reporting workflows across finance planning and analysis, procurement reporting, and operational accounting functions.
