In 2015 IT-SCIENT implemented Oracle NetSuite CRM to establish a centralized CRM platform for its 150-employee professional services organization. The deployment used Oracle NetSuite CRM as a cloud SaaS application to consolidate customer records and instrument standard CRM workflows across sales, marketing, and service functions, aligning with the CRM category requirements for contact and pipeline management.
Configuration focused on standard CRM modules, including lead and opportunity management, account and contact management, activity and task tracking, case management for customer service, quote and order management and configurable dashboards and reporting. The implementation included workflow automation for lead assignment and approval, a standardized data model for customer records, and role based access controls to enforce sales and service process boundaries.
Operational ownership was aligned to sales, marketing, and customer success teams with company wide adoption and staged rollout sequencing tied to training and governance checkpoints. Governance centered on a single source of truth for customer data, standardized opportunity lifecycles, and documented CRM processes to ensure consistent use of Oracle NetSuite CRM across IT-SCIENT’s business functions.
