ERI OLYMPIC Banking System is a Core Banking implementation supporting private banking workflows from client on-boarding and AML KYC procedures to order placement, trading, swift reconciliation and end of month statement publication.
The deployment was provisioned into a heterogeneous operating environment across iSeries, AIX, Windows and Lotus Notes servers with Sybase, DB2 and MS-SqlServer as data stores. Workstreams documented in the environment included an ACI PRM upgrade with a complete refactoring of AML rules, a FIX gateway for straight through processing, and regulatory projects such as Finfrag, CRS and ULlink that intersected with core processing.
Governance and operational tooling were formalized during the rollout, including Atlassian Jira and Confluence for change and knowledge management and automation tooling such as Visual TOM and Up Time for operational runbooks and scheduling. Cross country coordination was executed with development teams in Luxembourg, the United States and Brazil coupled with structured knowledge transfer sessions to stabilize support and handover procedures.

| Finantix S.p.A | Legacy | Finantix Digital Financial Platform | Asset and Wealth Management | Investment Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Itau Private Bank Zurich implemented the Finantix Digital Financial Platform as its Asset and Wealth Management solution. The Finantix Digital Financial Platform was provisioned as a cloud based core system, positioned to centralize wealth management workflows while operating alongside the bank's peripheral applications and interfaces.
The deployment included Finantix ebanking as a customer facing channel and was configured to support core wealth management capabilities, client servicing workflows, and statement generation processes. Client onboarding was integrated through Appway Client Onboarding, portfolio execution workflows connected to Ullink multi asset trading and TAP as an order management system, and regulatory reporting considerations such as SRDII and End Of Month Statements Publication were incorporated into the platform configuration.
Architecturally the implementation relied on message oriented middleware and managed file transfer patterns to bridge the cloud core and on premise peripherals. IBM MQ was used for messaging setup, Goanywhere handled secure file transfer workflows, and GTMatch supported SWIFT payment flows, while Jiway Mozaik served as the statement repository. These named integrations were operated and maintained by the bank's compact IT department in Zurich, with automated interface tasks instrumented for daily execution and monitoring.
Operational governance emphasized interface development, maintenance, and incident intervention, with a Senior IT Business Application Analyst accountable for end to end interface operation and rapid remediation. The implementation described links the Finantix Digital Financial Platform to front to back business functions including client onboarding, digital banking, portfolio management, trading connectivity, payments, and statements, and formalized monitoring and run book responsibilities within the bank's IT support model.
