Lightcast Gazelle was configured to accelerate and nurture JETRO's FDI pipeline in North America, focusing on sector-specific prospecting and meeting orchestration.
The implementation emphasized analytics-driven prospect list generation, industry analysis, and meeting support workflows. Lightcast Gazelle produced hyper-targeted prospect lists and industry profiles, enabling JETRO teams to prioritize outreach by sector and firmographic attributes, and to prepare briefing materials for investor engagement.
Operationally the deployment served JETRO's North America investment promotion teams and affiliated trade offices, supporting outreach, meeting coordination, and investor qualification processes. The configuration centered on inbound and outbound lead management within the investment promotion function, with analytics and BI capabilities driving segmentation and list curation.
Outcomes documented in a 2019 case study summarizing multi-year activity show the use of Lightcast Gazelle generated 266 scheduled meetings and more than 250 qualified investor leads in targeted sectors.
