Operational coverage focused on JetBlue Accounts Payable operations across the United States, with the system processing the full invoice volume reported in the case study and supporting supplier payment interactions tied to dynamic discounting. Functional impact includes accounts payable invoice intake, invoice validation, approval routing and supplier discount capture workflows.
Governance and outcomes were tied to measured automation metrics from the deployment, InvoiceWorks achieved an approximately 89% touchless processing rate and the dynamic discounting program captured $3 million in supplier discounts after deployment. The case study positions InvoiceWorks as the operational platform for AP Automation and supplier discounting within JetBlue's US accounts payable environment.
