In 2015, JM Bullion implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment is observable on the company website and reflects tenant level adoption of Microsoft 365 to support corporate collaboration and content productivity across the retail business. Functional modules consistent with the Collaboration category include email and calendaring, cloud document libraries and versioning, real time chat and meetings, and endpoint file sync and sharing. These capabilities position Microsoft 365 to support business functions such as marketing, finance, customer support and operations through shared mailboxes and collaborative document workflows.
Architecturally the implementation aligns to a cloud first tenant model with centralized administration, role based access controls, and group based provisioning to manage users and resources across the organization.
