Governance and change activities were led by AP leadership who established AP system requirements, performed AP systems maintenance, and served as the AP lead on system implementations. The implementation included cross-department collaboration and coordination with an external vendor to deliver an automated AP system and to embed process documentation and control evidence into ongoing operations.
