Configuration emphasized automated billing workflows, meter data handling and service order orchestration to reduce manual touch points and increase process transparency.
Operational integrations described by K-Electric include a Genesys customer experience platform, centralized complaint handling through web and social channels, mobile bill payment channels and field service touch points via 29 customer service IBCs and mobile vans. Real-time process tracking and one-window operations were implemented to link customer care, billing and network operations for coordinated fault identification and resolution.

Operational coverage emphasized coordination between internal consumers, business departments and IT, focusing analytics outputs on customer service, outage identification, metering operations and asset management workflows.
Governance and process workstreams addressed ongoing maintenance of asset master data and the operational handoff of analytical reports, with business and IT stakeholders collaborating to convert available data into meaningful information. The role included designing reporting and analytics patterns to support decision making and complaint minimization for high value customers, and establishing routines for data stewardship and report delivery.

The Microsoft 365 implementation was configured to deliver core Collaboration functionality common to the category, including enterprise email, team chat and meetings, document collaboration and cloud file storage. Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business were applied to enable cross-team communication, document versioning and centralized content management within the tenant, with identity and access managed through Azure Active Directory.
Operationally the rollout positioned IT to centrally administer tenant-level governance, user provisioning and content lifecycle controls, while supporting corporate communications and customer-facing content on the public site. Governance focused on access policies, tenant configuration and standard collaboration workflows, aligning Microsoft 365 Collaboration capabilities with K-Electric business functions for internal collaboration and external web presence.
