ASSIST Corp Legacy ASSISTics Supply Chain Management Supply Chain Management SCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, K-Flex USA implemented ASSISTics Supply Chain Management to provide inventory/warehouse management (WMS) functionality for its manufacturing operations in the United States. The deployment targeted warehouse control and traceability scenarios and was integrated with the companys Adage ERP to synchronize transactional inventory and order data. ASSISTics Supply Chain Management was configured to manage receiving, bin assignments, work in process scanning and finished goods traceability, mapping to standard WMS workflows for location control and lot level tracking. Configuration emphasized scan-based processes for receipts and movements, and supported cycle counting procedures and more responsive order entry through scanned confirmations. The integration with Adage ERP provided the primary exchange of receipt, stock movement and finished goods status information, enabling warehouse scan events to update enterprise order and inventory records. Operational coverage was focused on the United States manufacturing and distribution footprint, supporting warehouse personnel and production floor scanning operations. Governance shifted inventory controls toward scan-driven reconciliation and embedded traceability into finished goods release and fulfillment workflows. Outcomes reported by K-Flex USA include better inventory accuracy and improved traceability, along with reported improvements in cycle counts and order entry responsiveness.
