Scope and Challenges
KENGEE wanted a software solution that will support its rapid regional expansion and to help it become an efficient, real-time organization. The digital transformation was supposed to help provide an end-to-end HR system, create an omnichannel marketing platform, centralize group procurement and further integrate its financial and operational departments.
Outcome and Implications
To achieve the above-said goals, in 2017 KENGEE made an agreement with SAP. They decided to deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as an HR solution, SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Cloud for Customer as CRM solution, SAP S/4 HANA as ERP for business operation and SAP Ariba for procurement.
The project went live in 2018.
