Operationally the solution ingested pre-populated employee profile information from the companys various HR systems and included built-in data feeds to keep profiles and role matches current. The architecture supported centralized recruitment activities by hemisphere, an external career site adapted to local markets, and recruiter-facing intelligence to enable proactive internal sourcing, succession visibility, and workforce planning. Governance and rollout combined platform configuration changes with change management to drive adoption, adaptation, and communication across HR, recruiters, and hiring managers. Reported outcomes from Kuehne+Nagel include a 20% decrease in time to fill for internal requisitions, a twofold higher conversion rate for internal candidates overall, a 74% employee satisfaction rate with Career Explorer, a 13% conversion rate for Career Explorer-related hires, and a 22% conversion rate for internal candidates overall. The team is also exploring additional Phenom capabilities such as Phenom Gigs, Phenom Referrals, and an alumni portal to expand internal sourcing and referral workflows.
