The project performed patch administration and patch impact analysis, and developed test cases for module and patch release validation, with functional testing participation during the 10GCU2 database and application upgrade.
The engagement covered the full application lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and support phases, and emphasized governance around release management and issue triage. Coordination with analysts and team members was used to manage deployments and support workflows, embedding formal testing and patch processes into HR operations.
