In 2017, Lendmark Financial Services implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its core ERP Financial platform. The deployment centralized general ledger and financial close processes to provide a single financial record for corporate finance and servicing operations.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation configured the general ledger, chart of accounts rationalization, month-end close workflows, and consolidated reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and five year long range planning. Functional capabilities included financial planning and analysis workflows, consolidated financial reporting, branch profitability reporting, and support for Monthly Servicing Reports used in lender reporting and covenant calculations.
NetSuite was integrated with the planning tool Adaptive Insights to link driver-based budgets and detailed profitability models to operational data and forecasting. The implementation also supported cash flow modeling for securitizations and warehouse credit facilities, aligning treasury, FP&A, and reporting processes across corporate teams and the organization’s branch profitability structure covering 500+ branches.
Governance was led through FP&A leadership that co-led the project and established supervised reporting ownership for Senior Financial Analysts and a Senior Data Scientist to enable datamining and analytics. The rollout standardized month-end reporting, supported external audit of Monthly Servicing Reports by lenders, and improved financial analysis and detailed profitability of product lines through the combined Oracle NetSuite ERP and Adaptive Insights environment.

Lendmark operates in 19 states with over 350 branches and a Brick & Click omnichannel retail model, and the organization sought a system to support accelerated growth in originating direct consumer loans.
The deployment used Solifi’s CALMS Loan Origination System (Solifi Originations) delivered as a SaaS type hosted offering, providing a complete origination platform with a browser based thin client strategy to support branch operations. Implementation emphasized robust logging and exception tracking throughout the application process, configurable origination workflows, and scalability to accommodate future expansion and a faster software release cadence driven by business and regulatory demands.
Operationally the solution was provisioned to align with Lendmark’s branch network and digital channels, and it fits alongside Lendmark’s existing loan processing technology providers. Solifi provided comprehensive software support, strict service level agreements and disaster recovery as integral parts of the hosting model, centralizing infrastructure and application support responsibilities.
Governance and rollout priorities centered on enabling rapid software releases and strengthening operational monitoring, with controls for exception management and coordinated release governance across business and compliance stakeholders. The implemented Solifi Originations Loan Management platform delivered the specified hosting, support, SLA and disaster recovery capabilities described by the vendor.
