The SAP Business One deployment was integrated with the existing timesheet and expenses systems and with the HSBCnet online banking tool, enabling treasury operations to be coordinated from the finance platform. Treasury management activities administered through SAP Business One and complementary tools included cash flow forecasting, management of loan repayments and control over 40 bank accounts denominated in 12 currencies, demonstrating multi-currency and multi-entity operational coverage. Operational governance centered on the finance system administrator role and CFO oversight, with the finance systems owner responsible for balance sheet integrity across regions. The finance lead also provided consulting and integration support for the finance consolidation of four acquired companies in the USA, Asia and the UK, using SAP Business One as the primary ERP Financial backbone for those activities.
