Configuration work emphasized role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers, standardized requisition templates, and candidate status lifecycle tracking consistent with Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System best practices.
Integration topology centers on the career site integration, embedding Jobvite’s application form and job listings on Lifetouch’s website to route applicants into Jobvite’s tracking and recruiter queues. Operational coverage targeted Talent Acquisition and HR recruiting functions, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to manage candidate screening, interview coordination, and selection pipelines within the Jobvite environment.

In 2010 Lifetouch deployed Quadients Folder Inserters as its Mailing System to support high volume mail production across its print and mail operations. The implementation was instrumented in the production mail center to handle mass production mailers and was coordinated with print job workflows through Command Work Station for Konica-Minolta BizhubPro-6500 production printers.
Quadients Folder Inserters was configured to provide core mailing system capabilities including automated folding and insertion, batch job queuing, inline sealing, feeder management and exception handling typical of a Mailing System. Configuration emphasis centered on run-length automation and job setup to enable continuous production runs and predictable insertion sequences.
The solution integrated operationally with a Neopost Mail Inserter for downstream mail processing, receiving output streams from the Konica-Minolta environment and feeding inserter queues. Rollout and operational coverage focused on print operations and mail fulfillment functions, aligning operator workflows and job scheduling between Command Work Station and Quadients Folder Inserters to support mass mailer throughput.
