Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP PrimeQ 2017 2018
In 2017, Lionel Samson Sadleirs Group engaged PrimeQ to implement Oracle Cloud ERP, deploying a fully integrated end-to-end Oracle Cloud solution for the group. The program was publicized as the first Australian transportation company implementation of a fully integrated end-to-end Oracle Cloud offering. The implementation targeted ERP Financial capabilities across Lionel Samson Sadleirs Group, aligning core financial management with the companys transport, global forwarding and customs services, industrial packaging and warehousing operations. Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to centralize general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement workflows to support the groups planned expansion into Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney. PrimeQ led configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP modules to instrument procure-to-pay and order-to-cash transactions and to align transactional flows between financial ledgers and operational freight and warehousing processes. The deployment emphasized integrated cloud transactional processing and centralized financial controls rather than point solutions, delivering an end-to-end architecture across commercial and operational business functions. Governance was structured at the group level to support centralized financial governance and IT infrastructure transformation, with PrimeQ responsible for implementation governance, cutover coordination and operational handoff across Sadleirs transport business and related divisions. Oracle Cloud ERP provided the application foundation to unify ERP Financial operations and financial management workflows across the company.
