In 2021 Logitech deployed SoftCo ExpressAP for AP Automation. The implementation moved the accounts payable function onto SoftCo ExpressAP and reached go-live on 13 April 2022, achieving a 75 percent Straight Through Processing rate from day one.
The SoftCo ExpressAP deployment prioritized SoftCo Smart Automation capabilities, using the AI matching engine alongside smart coding and smart routing modules to automate invoice capture, matching and exception handling. Configuration focused on AI driven matching to maximize straight through processing and on smart routing to streamline approval flows, aligning with standard AP Automation functional workflows.
The solution was provisioned as a cloud based SoftCo Smart Automation service, leveraging SoftCo security certifications and cloud partnerships, with architecture that combines AI and robotic automation components. SoftCo technologies are designed to integrate with enterprise ERPs through connectors that support over 200 ERP systems, enabling orchestration of the invoice lifecycle from capture through payment staging.
Project governance was delivered by combined project teams working to an accelerated timeline, and SoftCo reported the implementation delivered a 75 percent STP rate which it positions as three times the industry average. SoftCo also reported a 90 percent cost reduction versus manual processing for clients, and the Logitech go live demonstrates measurable uplift in touchless invoice processing for the AP function.

Operational coverage included close coordination with finance, revenue operations, sales, and product teams, with platform engineering presence and hybrid work activity noted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Platform governance and release practices were established under a dedicated Salesforce Platform Product Owner, with responsibilities for release management frameworks, technical debt prioritization, and Agile backlog stewardship. A Salesforce Platform Product Owner was confirmed live in the last 24 hours to lead governance, roadmap execution, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment for the Revenue Cycle Management initiative.
