Configuration focused on defining vacancy templates, application workflows, candidate tagging and status transitions to mirror Lynxeye recruiting processes, and on-system email notifications to candidates and hiring teams.
Operational coverage includes HR and hiring managers who use the career site and the Teamtailor ATS backend for day to day recruiting and applicant tracking. Governance was applied through role based access controls and configurable hiring workflows inside the Teamtailor ATS, with the system serving as the central applicant tracking touchpoint integrated directly into Lynxeye’s public website.
