Operational coverage spanned finance, controlling, procurement, production planning, plant maintenance and sales processes across Malpani Group business units active in renewable energy, FMCG products, amusement and water park operations, real estate and hotels. The technical baseline was S/4 HANA 1709 serving as the centralized ERP Financial system for these functions following migration from Oracle E-Business Suite.
Governance and delivery included a CO lead consultant from Itelligence India Software Solutions Pvt Ltd working on the configuration and rollout beginning April 2018.
