Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Mastercard implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to support ERP Financial functions across its finance and shared services environment. The deployment environment comprised Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2 and R12.1.3 running on Oracle 11g on Sun Solaris, with Oracle 11g ASM used for storage management and Oracle Discoverer 11g for reporting. The implementation scope included installation, upgrade and migration activities for Oracle E-Business Suite and associated components, explicit work to upgrade Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3, and installation and configuration of Business Intelligence and Hyperion Essbase. The technical footprint incorporated Solix archiving and subset tools, and operational use of SQL*Plus and Toad for administration and troubleshooting. Integrations centered on embedding Oracle Discoverer with both 11i and R12 EBS applications and integrating Business Intelligence with Oracle E-Business Suite, together with configuration of replication features such as Data Guard for high availability. Operational coverage extended to application development teams, production support teams and end users, with the Oracle databases and EBS instances hosted in the O'Fallon, MO environment. Governance and operational controls were formalized through patch management and version control to govern program, application and database changes through the development lifecycle. Database audit and security practices were enforced to meet PCI standards, and operational responsibilities included performance monitoring and tuning, backup and recovery and contingency planning, liaison between onsite and offshore teams and on-call production support.

UKG Legacy UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager (ex Kronos Workforce Absence Manager) Absence and Leave Management HCM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Mastercard implemented UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager (ex Kronos Workforce Absence Manager) as part of its Absence and Leave Management tooling to formalize absence workflows across the organization. The deployment targeted enterprise time and leave administration for an organization with approximately 33,400 employees and was positioned alongside broader workforce management capabilities rather than as a standalone point solution. The implementation included extensive configuration of core Workforce Central modules, including Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, and Leave. The team configured pay rules, wage profiles, paycodes, function access profiles, schedule rules, adjustment rules, calculated accruals, timecard attestation, time off request and calendar capabilities, and configured shift differentials and holiday schedules for union employee populations. UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager was integrated into Navigator, My Time, and My Scheduling user interfaces and used Org Maps and Jobs, Process Manager, and Setup Data Manager for organizational and process configuration. Architecturally the rollout relied on Kronos Workforce Integration Manager and Workforce Data Manager components, with Data Collection Manager and Workforce Device Manager used to manage clock communications and Kronos 4500 and 480 time devices. Integrations included inbound People Import feeds and outbound payroll interfaces, iSeries MQ web-service XML calls for Timecard and Schedule Inquiry, and an ADP E-Time connection referenced in implementation activities. The program also produced complex T-SQL artifacts, including stored procedures, triggers, user defined functions, materialized views and other DBMS objects to support reporting and interface logic. Governance and operationalization covered discovery assessments to document business practice impacts, creation of testing workbooks with scenarios and expected results, UAT and unit test leadership for pay rules and import export flows, and development of training materials. Production support responsibilities included Help Desk coordination, ticket assignment, and ongoing support for WFC, WFA, Leave, and Process Manager modules. Change controls and configuration documentation were developed to align system configuration with documented discovery outputs and union contract requirements. Business functions covered by the implementation included Benefits, Time and Attendance, Entitlements and Accrual management, Employee Scheduling, HR payroll interfaces and global time off administration, with UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager serving as the operational core for Absence and Leave Management in the environment.

Domo Legacy Domo Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Mastercard implemented Domo to centralize marketing performance reporting and analytics. The deployment targeted the marketing organization and the Digital Marketing Analytics function, positioning Domo as the enterprise Analytics and BI platform for campaign measurement and executive dashboards. The implementation focused on data consolidation and visualization capabilities provided by Domo, using connector-led ingestion from multiple marketing platforms and internal data sources, in-platform data transformation, and curated campaign performance dashboards. Functional capabilities included standardized KPI definitions, self-service reporting for analysts, and real-time visualizations to replace manual aggregation across separate tools. Governance emphasized establishing Domo as a single source of truth for marketing, with centralized dashboards, controlled data models, and role-based access to support analysts and stakeholders across marketing. Curt Fournier, VP, Digital Marketing Analytics, stated that Domo is the single source of truth for all of their marketing efforts, reflecting an operational shift to platform-driven campaign measurement.
