Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite Demand Planning Demand Forecasting and Planning SCM n/a 2020 2020 In 2020, Hampton Farms implemented Oracle NetSuite Demand Planning as part of a Demand Forecasting and Planning initiative to address complex manufacturing and demand planning requirements. The deployment targeted manufacturing, supply chain and finance functions across the company’s food and beverage operations, with an emphasis on real-time inventory and planning workflows. Bring IT designed and developed a tailored solution using all available NetSuite modules for the food and beverage industry, including planning and budgeting and warehouse management. The Oracle NetSuite Demand Planning implementation was configured to support demand forecasting, order management and order fulfillment, and included customizations for warehouse and inventory management and intercompany transactions. The implementation integrated with Shopify and USDA systems to support e-commerce fulfillment and regulatory data flows. The deployment architecture is multi-instance, with 13 subsidiaries each running their own NetSuite instance while standardizing module usage and intercompany processing across the group. Bring IT also implemented governance and process changes to enable continuous inventory visibility and to streamline financial workflows. Outcomes explicitly reported include elimination of production stoppages for cycle counting that previously cost eight hours of production per month, a 30 percent reduction in accounts payable close times, access to real-time dashboards and KPIs, and accelerated onboarding of acquired entities with a new subsidiary operational on NetSuite within four business days versus approximately one month on the previous Infor system.
