The deployment used Zoho Qntrl in the Business Process Management category to operationalize workflow orchestration across service centers and dealerships. Zoho Qntrl was configured to orchestrate the full service lifecycle, including booking, check in, technician assignment, and job tracking. Functional capabilities implemented included workflow automation, task assignment, status tracking, and exception routing consistent with Business Process Management implementations. The architecture combined a decentralized dealer management model built on Zoho CRM with Zoho Qntrl providing orchestration and process enforcement. Integrations included real time integration with Mercedes Benz global systems and connectivity between Zoho Qntrl and Zoho CRM to synchronize customer and vehicle data across dealer sites. Implementation was co developed with Zoho Corp as the system integrator and executed over a two year development cycle, with nationwide go live in 2025. Governance delivered dealer level autonomy while maintaining centralized policy controls and real time operational visibility, aligning service operations across India.
