Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Midmark Corporation engaged Drupri Info Systems LLC to assess an Oracle E-Business Suite implementation in the ERP Financial category. The assessment was executed in Dayton, OH from November 2016 to January 2017 and included 15 plus stakeholder meetings and interviews with more than 24 project team members, including business process owners, subject matter experts, and business system analysts. The engagement focused on an upgrade path from Oracle 11.5.10.2 to Release 12.2.X and reviewed R12 deliverables by business process. Consultants examined the Oracle upgrade project plan that contained over 400 tasks, reviewed the business case, and validated upgrade assessment documentation to identify configuration, data conversion, and cutover task sequences relevant to core financial workflows and module alignment. Assessment coverage explicitly included integrations and functional modules such as Reporting with OBIEE and OBIA, Service Module, Channel Revenue and Sales Contracts, ASCP, Projects Costing and Billing, iSupplier, iExpense, Warehouse Management System, and OTM. The review cataloged existing interfaces to third party applications and reporting layers, and evaluated functional impacts across finance, procurement, supply chain planning, projects, and sales contract accounting. Deliverables were formalized in a final review presentation to company decision makers and project sponsors, and included documented benefits, recommendations, identified risks, resource planning, a prioritized project plan review, and a tasks list mapped by priority versus benefit versus risk. The work centered on readiness and governance inputs required for a controlled Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade inside the ERP Financial domain.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Compensation Management HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Midmark Corporation implemented Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation as the enterprise Compensation Management solution for its HR and total rewards workflows. The initiative was executed within an existing Oracle HR cloud program, leveraging the Compensation module to centralize salary planning and pay-for-performance configuration across the company. The implementation included standard Compensation Management capabilities such as configuration of compensation cycles, plan templates, eligibility rules, approval routing, and merit and bonus modeling. Project activities documented by Midmark included process mapping, writing and updating technical requirements, migration of compensation-related data, and ongoing support for personalizations, BI report creation and updates, and HCM extracts. Integrations and operational coverage were managed inside the broader Oracle HR cloud estate, with explicit support and integration touch points to Oracle Recruiting and the Taleo Learn modules, and use of Benefix to handle benefit file exchanges with carriers. Governance centered on formalized requirements, consultant management, and iterative configuration updates, with the Compensation module operated alongside payroll and benefits workflows managed by HR and total rewards teams.
