Sensus Process Management Legacy Sensus BPM Online Business Process Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2019 2020
In 2019, Mobilis Netherlands chose Sensus BPM Online for Business Process Management after a six-month pilot that concluded at the end of 2019. Mobilis implemented Sensus BPM Online to standardise project, tender and operational processes across its regional clusters in the Netherlands. The implementation leveraged the Sensus library feature to enforce uniform process definitions and build a reusable library of project templates, with configuration focused on project-management workflows, tender lifecycle processes and core operational procedures. Sensus BPM Online was provisioned as an online platform to centralise process modeling, template version control and template reuse across business units. Rollout targeted project-management and corporate processes across Mobilis clusters in the Netherlands and instituted ISO-aligned structures as part of process standardisation. Governance changes emphasized template enforcement through the Sensus library and designated process ownership at cluster level to maintain uniformity, while the program produced reduced repetitive work and a reusable library of project templates as described in the Sensus case study.
