Operational coverage concentrated on finance and accounts payable teams, with support for preparation and execution of testing cycles to validate invoice processing and exception handling workflows. The program also included conceptual design and conduction of customer and key user trainings to operationalize the configured AP processes.
Governance and rollout activities focused on arranging customer approval of the blueprint, aligning project plans to customer specific requirements, and supporting testing and go live readiness.
