In 2022 MOPI Singapore implemented A2000 ERP as its primary ERP solution to consolidate core manufacturing administration and transactional workflows. The deployment targeted the company headquarters in Singapore and was scoped to address procurement, inventory and finance functions within a 30 person manufacturing organization, aligning the application and the ERP category to operational needs.
Configuration emphasis was placed on procurement, inventory and finance modules, with standard ERP functional flows established for purchase order processing, supplier master maintenance, stock receipt and issuance, inventory tracking and accounts payable through to general ledger posting. A2000 ERP was configured to support role based access across procurement, warehouse and finance teams and to capture transactional data used by those functional modules.
Operational governance included centralized procurement approval workflows and defined inventory control procedures to support the implemented modules, with vendor documentation and customer feedback driving the scope of module activation. MOPI reports a notable increase in productivity and operational efficiency after adopting A2000 ERP, and the vendor highlighted benefits for procurement, inventory and finance processes as evidenced in the customer quote on the vendor procurement focused page.
