The implementation established a vendor onboarding and testing workflow, the LMS administrator serving as the primary point of contact for external learning service providers and responsible for importing and validating new services in the learning environment. Support activities extended to audio and video recording and editing for the Sales Training Team and routine infrastructure troubleshooting for sales and field force users. Governance and process responsibilities were formalized through certified SAP LMS administrative roles and by producing user guides and tutorials for both field force and headquarters users. The administrator provided ongoing IT and infrastructure support, problem solving, and training support, aligning operational procedures for content imports, virtual classroom scheduling, and report execution within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning environment. These controls supported consistent delivery of Learning and Development services across MSD Italy.
