Operational coverage spanned treasury, trade finance, derivatives desks, settlements, and core back office accounting functions, with user guides produced for role based workflows. The project delivered structured user trainings and executed user acceptance tests to validate end to end workflows prior to production, embedding process ownership with business stakeholders.
