Rollout and governance emphasized role-based administration and end user training, leveraging internal super users to deliver training on timekeeping, attendance, benefits, and HRIS modules and to act as primary custodians for system data and process governance. UKG Dimensions HR served as the authoritative Core HR system for employee lifecycle management and operational HR processes at Natividad.
