In 2018, Neosoft France deployed Lucca Absences as a central component of its Absence and Leave Management initiative. The engagement targeted centralization of HR and timekeeping processes across Neosoft France and was delivered with systems integrator Ogi, starting a phased rollout in autumn 2018.
The implementation included Lucca modules Figgo for absence management and Timmi for time tracking, both configured to support absence request workflows, approval routing, and timesheet capture consistent with absence and time administration. Lucca Absences was positioned alongside a broader Lucca stack, with Pagga and Cleemy introduced in 2019 to extend payroll and expense automation capabilities.
Operationally the program focused on HR and workforce time management for Neosoft France, consolidating leave calendars and time records into a unified operational process. Ogi coordinated configuration and deployment activities and aligned the modules to HR process owners for consistent policy enforcement and reporting pipelines.
Governance centered on phased rollout governance and process standardization, with HR owning approval workflows and project governance during the autumn 2018 deployment and subsequent 2019 module additions. The program delivered centralized HR, time, and absence processes and received positive user feedback following the Figgo and Timmi go live.
