In 2020, NetLink Management implemented iQDynamics HRiQ as its Core HR application. The deployment centralized core employee master data and HR administration workflows under a single HRiQ instance to support the company’s HR operating model.
The implementation configured iQDynamics HRiQ to centralize employee records, organizational management, compensation analytics, HR budgeting and costing workflows, and HR Business Intelligence dashboarding. Configuration work focused on monthly reporting, costing data feeds, and the development of new HR metrics to close gaps in existing reporting, consistent with Core HR capabilities for workforce data management and analytics. The HRiQ deployment also emphasized continuous improvement and maintenance of the HR information system to meet changing administrative requirements.
Operational coverage centered on the HR & Administration function supporting approximately 350 employees, with day to day use by HR staff responsible for annual HR budgeting, regular monitoring and quarterly reforecast of HR&A budgets, and preparation of monthly reports. The system was positioned to support measurement and tracking of key compensation related metrics, respond to auditor enquiries, and enable HR events and project administration.
Governance and process restructuring included formalizing monthly and quarterly reporting cadences, instituting quality management practices for the HRIS, and assigning ownership for development and maintenance of the HR Business Intelligence dashboard and metric definitions. Compliance workflows were implemented to ensure HR practices recorded in iQDynamics HRiQ aligned with applicable government legislation and audit requirements.

In 2017, NetLink Management implemented AmdocsONE as an ERP Services and Operations solution to provision a next generation business and operations support system for Singapore's nationwide fiber network. AmdocsONE was scoped to automate order management, service design and delivery processes, and service assurance for NetLink Management's broadband service provider customers.
The implementation deployed AmdocsONE modules including an online customer portal, billing, order orchestration, service order management, workforce management, and service assurance, each configured to support end to end service lifecycle workflows. Configuration emphasized orchestration of service orders and automation of delivery and fault repair workflows to reduce manual handoffs and accelerate provisioning.
Amdocs served as solution provider and prime systems integrator under a multi year contract, integrating multiple third party software and hardware components and delivering maintenance and support. Operational coverage targeted IT and operations functions that support the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network across Singapore, with the platform positioned as the primary ordering and assurance channel for broadband service providers.
Governance included prime integration accountability and multi year support arrangements, accompanied by process redesign to centralize order orchestration and service assurance workflows. The stated objectives for AmdocsONE included accelerating fiber connectivity delivery, enabling quicker fault repairs, and simplifying the ordering experience for broadband service providers.
