In 2017 Nordnet Bank Sweden digitised its HR master data, performance management and learning with CatalystOne including CatalystOne LMS across its Nordic operations. The CatalystOne LMS implementation centralized Learning and Development workflows alongside HR master data and performance management modules to create a single HR application footprint for the bank.
The deployment encompassed HR master data, performance management and the LMS functionality of CatalystOne, with configuration focused on role based learning paths and people analytics instrumentation. CatalystOne LMS was used to deliver targeted training programs, notably by Compliance and Security & Surveillance teams, aligning learning content and governance controls with operational roles.
Governance and operational process changes accompanied the rollout, enabling faster HR processing and stronger people analytics for HR decision making. The program was later recognised with an implementation award, and Nordnet reported concrete process improvements such as pay revision processing becoming three times faster as part of the CatalystOne LMS and HR suite adoption.
