The implementation emphasized conversational guidance and self reporting capabilities within the mobile app, with the project using BuddyConnect as a wellbeing application rather than a packaged HR module as indicated by source materials.
The project was trialed in the UK with approximately 1,100 participants as part of the co-creation program, covering both student and staff cohorts.
