| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Nufarm implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as the core component of its Compensation Management initiative. The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation deployment was part of a broader SAP SuccessFactors suite rollout that included Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Talent & Succession, and Development and targeted global remuneration processes across five regions.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation was configured to support annual remuneration review cycles, short term incentive and sales incentive plan digitization, job evaluation and benchmarking workflows, and centralized salary planning and variable pay templates. Configuration work encompassed compensation templates, eligibility rules, budget allocation, approval routing and calibration workflows, and administration roles within the SuccessFactors Compensation application to enforce global remuneration policies.
Operational coverage extended to global remuneration and benefits practices, with direct impact on HR, Total Rewards, talent management, and workforce planning functions. The implementation supported FY18 and FY19 annual remuneration review processes and included uplift of regional system administration capability to sustain ongoing compensation cycles across the organization.
Project governance emphasized co-design of HR processes, change management, and project metrics tracking, with a stream lead role for the SuccessFactors Compensation module upgrade to implement the new global remuneration framework. Governance artifacts centered on centralized approval flows, calibration panels, defined administration roles, and procedural controls embedded in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration to standardize remuneration execution.

In 2020 Nufarm deployed SAP BusinessObjects as its Analytics and BI platform. The implementation established a centralized enterprise reporting and dashboarding layer for Nufarm, a manufacturing company with 3068 employees and revenue of 2238000000, supporting finance, procurement and supply chain business functions.
SAP BusinessObjects was configured to deliver governed reporting, semantic universes, Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports based report distribution, scheduled batch reporting and self service ad hoc analysis. The deployment emphasized a single semantic layer for consistent metric definitions, metadata management and role based access controls to enable repeatable operational reporting across manufacturing and procurement teams.
The SAP BusinessObjects rollout ran alongside Nufarm adoption of SAP Ariba for supply chain transformation, positioning BusinessObjects as the analytics layer for procurement and supply chain information. The BI implementation connected reporting workflows to procurement and operational data sources to support cross functional visibility into supply chain and finance processes.
Governance measures created a BI stewardship model, standardized universes and a centralized report catalog to enforce data consistency and access policies. Rollout was organized by business function and reporting domain to sequentially onboard finance, procurement and supply chain users and to institutionalize report lifecycle practices.
