Operational integration connected JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to ANZ databases and WorkFront as part of New Product Introduction and portfolio planning workflows, ensuring product master data in JD Edwards aligned with Portfolio Group Integrated Business Planning IBP requirements. The implementation supported FY18 and FY19 annual remuneration review processes and included uplift of regional system administration capability to sustain ongoing compensation cycles across the organization.
Project governance emphasized co-design of HR processes, change management, and project metrics tracking, with a stream lead role for the SuccessFactors Compensation module upgrade to implement the new global remuneration framework. Governance artifacts centered on centralized approval flows, calibration panels, defined administration roles, and procedural controls embedded in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration to standardize remuneration execution.
