| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics AX | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Oceania Healthcare Limited implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as part of an ERP Financial deployment. The rollout included two purpose built applications integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX to automate bank transaction processing and short term resident invoicing across the organisation. The implementation targeted accounts receivable, billing and financial reporting workflows used by AR staff and cross functional departmental users. The scope included automated ingestion of transactions from more than 100 bank accounts into an internal reporting database and reconciliation into the Dynamics AX general ledger.
The bank transaction process application automatically downloads all transactions for over 100 bank accounts to the internal reporting database, generates reports and alerts for users in various departments, reconciles bank transactions to the bank ledger in Microsoft Dynamics AX and creates resident receipting journals with an automatically populated customer number for AR staff to post. Functional capabilities implemented include automated transaction import, exception reporting, alerting, reconciliation posting and journal creation to the ERP Financial system. The application centralizes transaction capture and enforces consistent reconciliation workflows against Dynamics AX ledger accounts.
The invoice application handles all invoices for short term residents, reconciles billing information to the financial system at the same time and issues error alerts to users when mismatches occur, while providing flexible configuration to meet ongoing changes from government agencies. This application replaced a manual invoicing process, standardised billing validation and ensured invoice data flows into Microsoft Dynamics AX for posting and accounts receivable control. Operational coverage spanned resident billing teams and AR staff responsible for short term stay revenue.
Governance and process changes focused on automating manual AR tasks, introducing exception driven alerts and routing for error resolution, and centralising transaction reporting in the internal reporting database integrated with Dynamics AX. Reported outcomes included a 20% reduction in AR daily hours from automated bank transaction processing and a reduction in bank processing errors, and around $100K annual benefit from reduced bad debtors after automating the invoicing process for short term residents.

SnapHire ATS was configured to manage standard applicant tracking workflows, including job posting management to the careers site, configurable application forms, candidate pipeline stages, and screening flags for role qualification. The implementation aligns with Applicant Tracking System functional modules such as requisition management, interview scheduling, and applicant record retention to support HR and talent acquisition processes.
Operational ownership is centered in the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, with hiring managers consuming pipeline and interview scheduling capabilities, and the careers site acting as the primary candidate touchpoint. Governance was implemented through system driven workflow orchestration and role based access to applicant data, and the SnapHire ATS instance is referenced on Oceania Healthcare Limited's public website as the front end for job applications.
