In 2011 One For All Iberia implemented Tracebuzz as its Social Media Management application. Implementation partner Trinicom Communications delivered the Trinicom T5 Webcare adapter integrated with Tracebuzz in the Netherlands to monitor social media channels and public forums, connecting social listening to the companys case handling layer.
The deployment used the T5 Webcare adapter to create T5 cases from social mentions and forum posts, enabling automatic case creation, triage workflows and persistent entries in the central contact history. Tracebuzz served as the social listening and engagement layer while Trinicom T5 cases provided case management and consolidation of contact records, reflecting core Social Media Management functions of monitoring, engagement and case generation.
Operationally the integration routed online customer contacts into customer service workflows so contacts could be triaged and tracked in the central contact history, improving online customer engagement. Trinicom Communications is named as the implementation partner responsible for the adapter implementation and the integration between Tracebuzz and Trinicom T5, which governed the workflow for online engagement and case escalation.
