Operationally the implementation integrated NetSuite into day to day sales and delivery processes, using NetSuite as the company sales tracking system for pipeline updates, booking administration, and approval of client contracts and SOW terms. The system was instrumented to enforce timely updates to time sheets and expense accounts, and to surface contract terms for review by executives and legal during negotiation and SOW finalization. Governance was established to align sales administration with finance, with formalized account plans and sales tracking inputs feeding billing and project accounting. Rollout emphasis was on embedding NetSuite driven workflows into sales and professional services operations, and on using Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize financial controls and contract to cash orchestration.
