The implementation centralized Time and Attendance data capture and the downstream payroll processing and benefits change workflows, impacting payroll, HR, benefits administration and accounts payable functions. Day to day operations included processing garnishments and employee record updates, administering PERS enrollments and preparing vendor electronic payments according to municipal controls.
