Seidor executed the SAP Commerce Cloud (ex Hybris) deployment, configuring commerce capabilities for a member club storefront, customer account management, premium product catalog presentation, and streamlined backoffice workflows. The implementation was delivered with integrations to the companys ERP, CRM, logistics area, payment gateways and other sales channels solutions to enable order orchestration, inventory visibility, customer data synchronization and multi-channel payment processing. The rollout was completed in a record time of 4 months, with operational scope covering sales and marketing, backoffice operations and logistics, and a governance approach oriented to iterative evolution. Customer feedback was reported as very positive and Grupo Osborne plans to continue evolving the SAP Commerce Cloud (ex Hybris) eCommerce solution with additional stores and functionalities to scale other business models and enrich shopping and gastronomic experiences.
