The implementation emphasized throughput improvements, scheduling automation, and consistent lab fee practices to enable agility in pricing and service delivery.
Governance was formalized through vice president oversight, a ministry-wide lab fee schedule, and structured change management including team conferences, bi-weekly meetings, and a centralized web portal for resources.
