In 2023 Outpost Club implemented Qira Platform as a Rental Management System across its New York coliving portfolio. The deployment focused on finance and leasing workflows to enable deposit free alternatives and flexible payment options, and Outpost Club public materials and property listings explicitly reference Deposit replacement by Qira. Outpost Club partnered with Qira to embed Qira Platform payment options into listing pages and lease intake flows for its New York City properties.
The Qira Platform implementation emphasized deposit replacement and payment orchestration capabilities typical of a Rental Management System, including tenant billing, configurable payment plans, and lease administration workflows. Implementation work concentrated on surfacing deposit replacement eligibility at the point of listing and at lease execution, aligning leasing operations and resident onboarding processes with the new payment options. The deployment therefore linked marketing facing listing content with operational leasing procedures to present alternatives to traditional security deposits.
Operational scope was limited to Outpost Club coliving properties in New York City and directly impacted leasing and finance functions by changing how move in costs are presented and approved. Governance and rollout centered on updating property listings to display Deposit replacement by Qira, modifying leasing agent workflows, and coordinating property operations with finance for payment acceptance and resident onboarding. According to Outpost Club communications, the implementation lowered upfront move in costs and accelerated leasing for the affected properties.
