In 2015, Peers Hardy implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment established cloud-hosted productivity and communication services to support email, team messaging and document sharing across Peers Hardy's corporate teams.
Microsoft 365 was configured to provide cloud document storage, shared mailboxes and real time collaboration tools consistent with the Collaboration category, and the vendor Microsoft is the software provider. Public site references indicate Peers Hardy is using Microsoft 365 on their website, and operational management centralized user provisioning and policy configuration within the Microsoft 365 tenant to enforce access controls and collaboration standards.

In 2022 Peers Hardy implemented FullStory on its public website to capture user behavior and session interactions. FullStory, used as a Customer Experience application, was instrumented across site pages to provide session replay, event capture, click and scroll analytics, funnel analysis and error detection.
The implementation was executed as client side instrumentation using the FullStory JavaScript snippet, configured with event taxonomy and access controls to support marketing, product and customer support teams. Data capture settings emphasize session replay with PII redaction and consent aware capture, and the deployment established role based access to behavioral data to align analytics workflows with governance and privacy requirements.

| Arcserve | Legacy | Arcserve UDP Archiving | Archive as a Service (AaaS) | IaaS | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Peers Hardy implemented Arcserve UDP Archiving as a Backup and Recovery solution, deploying Arcserve UDP together with Arcserve Cloud DRaaS following a proof of concept with an Arcserve Appliance 8400. The deployment was initiated after a market evaluation and demo of cloud capabilities, and it was brought into production in December 2018 to protect core manufacturing operational data.
The Arcserve UDP Archiving implementation covers protection of approximately 20 terabytes of operational data, including large volumes of Excel files and multiple SQL servers. The configuration uses deduplication and compression features native to Arcserve UDP, reducing the 20 terabytes to 7.6 terabytes with reported compression rates up to 80 to 90 percent, and compressing an additional 312 terabytes of recoverable backup points down to 14.5 terabytes which are stored separately on a NAS.
Operational architecture includes an on premise appliance footprint validated during the proof of concept, combined with replication to Arcserve Cloud as a secondary storage facility and an added layer of protection. Data transport and storage are encrypted in transit and backups are password protected to support customer data protection and GDPR compliance, and the environment enables off site recovery testing to validate recoverability.
Operational governance emphasized ease of use and in-house administration, with staff reporting the solution was intuitive enough to set up without an implementation partner. The environment demonstrated rapid recovery capabilities during a full server failure, with most services restored within an hour, 99 percent recovery within three hours, and zero data loss reported, while compression improvements over the prior solution were cited as substantially reducing storage requirements.
