This work formed part of a broader program to move to a new in house prioritised digital web and app solution and to define Agile ways of working, with close liaison between product, customer service, and store colleagues. Pets at Home delivered multiple cost saving and customer journey enhancing products including Salesforce Webchat and Direct to Agent as part of this program.
