The overall IT solution architecture also accounted for Salesforce.com AppExchange applications including Apttus, Kenandy, ServiceMax, RemedyForce, and Aria, enabling master data synchronization and order orchestration across CRM and ERP domains. Governance was centralized under the Business Platforms Manager role, which owned solution architecture and cross-domain design decisions for ERP Financial, supply chain, manufacturing, project and service management. Operational scope explicitly encompassed finance, procurement, manufacturing execution, supply chain planning and order-to-cash systems, with architecture-level controls to coordinate integrations and workflow handoffs across those business functions.
