The project delivered development of interactive dashboards based on user requirements, administration of user accounts, roles, and access permissions, and operationalized data loads through extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Connectivity design included both live and import connections, with role-based access control and centralized connection management used to enforce security and data integrity in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Integrations were built to support connections with S4 CDS views, on-premises databases, HANA Cloud, Dayforce, C4C, and file servers, while ServiceNow was used for collaboration and operational coordination. The implemented architecture combined live HANA and S4 CDS view connections with scheduled import pipelines to provide consistent data availability for analytics in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Governance and rollout emphasized workload distribution across the SAC development and management team, regular user training to enable business users to create their own reports, and ongoing remote administration to maintain connections and permissions.
