In 2018 Pretium Packaging deployed Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 to support ERP Financial and manufacturing operations, establishing ongoing application support and functional ownership for the plastic bottle manufacturer. The implementation centered on sustaining Oracle E-Business Suite Applications and providing operational application support rather than a one-time cutover event.
Primary functional modules managed included Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, and Material Requirements Planning, with additional support for Purchasing and Order Entry. Configuration and extension work included creating and updating Pretium specific reports and forms using Oracle Developer 10, maintaining Oracle APEX reports, and developing Bartender label definitions tied to Oracle Applications.
Operational rollout activity completed a remote deployment to six new plants, using interface tables to load configuration data during each plant rollout and to process item updates. The work covered manufacturing, procurement, and order entry functions across multiple plant sites, with interface-driven data loads used to standardize configuration and item master updates during rollouts.
Governance and sustaining operations were structured around ongoing production support of Oracle E-Business Suite, hands-on maintenance of reports and forms, and ownership of interface table processes. Workflows were adapted to incorporate interface table driven configuration and routine APEX and Developer 10 report maintenance, with label management integrated into the application support scope.

In 2019, Pretium Packaging implemented IBM Maximo Application Suite to manage plant equipment, facilities, and automation systems. The IBM Maximo Application Suite deployment was scoped as an Enterprise Asset Management implementation for a single manufacturing packaging site, with direct accountability for facilities and packaging automation.
The implementation included building and maintaining a dedicated Maximo database and an asset register that cataloged automated pickers, conveyors, leak detectors, metal detectors, packagers, and a 2000 gallon semi closed loop chilled water system. Configuration work emphasized core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities, including work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, inspection and condition records, spare parts tracking, and configuration of inspection workflows consistent with industrial packaging operations.
Operational coverage centered on the facilities and automation function, supporting routine service and emergency response across HVAC, air compressors, chillers, water treatment, environmental disposal, and pest control. IBM Maximo Application Suite was used to record vendor contacts and manage vendor-assigned work orders and service events for air and heating vendors, water treatment providers, compressor and chiller service, environmental disposal, and pest control contractors.
Governance and operational process changes included centralizing maintenance planning and incident workflow in Maximo, maintaining lifecycle records for automation equipment, and an internal responsibility for ongoing Maximo software and database maintenance. The Maximo database was also used to document and oversee the complete disassembly and decommissioning activities at the factory, providing a single system of record for asset disposition and vendor coordination.
