Governance centered on formalizing month-end close controls, review checkpoints and stabilization activities, with explicit workstreams to highlight risks and to recommend, implement, stabilize and improve day-to-day operations. Oracle NetSuite ERP was positioned to centralize reporting and control for Princeton Digital Group finance, with ongoing governance sustained through coordinated workflows between in-house finance, outsourced accounting resources and external audit and tax stakeholders.
